Autos Xoroi is a Menorcan company that has been hiring out cars on the island for more than twenty years. We are not a broker and we are not a comparison site: you book directly with the company that owns the cars, hands over the keys and answers the phone if anything comes up.
That is the whole difference. There is no commission on top of the price, no third party in the middle, and no surprise at the desk when you arrive.

Most of our customers land at Menorca Airport (MAH), five kilometres from Mahón. Your car is waiting at the arrivals terminal: no shuttle bus to an off-site car park, no queue at a counter, no transfer.
Our staff meet you with the paperwork ready and the car prepared, so you can drive off within minutes of collecting your luggage. If your flight is delayed, we track it and adjust the pick-up time at no extra cost.
If you arrive by ferry, we also hand over cars at the port of Mahón. Same conditions and same prices as at the airport: you collect the car as soon as you step off the boat.
Every car we hire out in Menorca includes the following at no extra charge:
Free second driver:
no supplement, unlike most of the large chains.
No excess:
on groups B, C, D, E, G and H — no hidden extra cost if something happens.
Third-party insurance:
included in the base price.
Cash accepted:
you do not need a credit card to hire a car with us.

Menorca is a small island with narrow village streets and busy summer roads, so the car you choose matters more than people expect. Our fleet runs from compact city cars for couples to seven-seaters for families, including estates, SUVs and automatics.
All cars are recent, air-conditioned and maintained by us. If you are not sure which group suits your trip, call us and we will tell you honestly — including when a cheaper group is enough.
Hiring direct means the price you see is the price of the car, not the price of the car plus a booking platform's margin. We do not run an inflated rate to then discount it, and we do not push insurance upgrades at the counter.
Prices vary by season and by group. You will see the final amount, with everything included, before you confirm.

The island is small: the Me-1 crosses it from Mahón to Ciutadella in about 45 kilometres, and nothing is more than a short drive away. What catches visitors out is not the distance but the detail — narrow village streets, car parks that fill up early in August, and several of the quietest northern coves reached by unsurfaced tracks.
That is worth thinking about when you choose a group. A compact car is easier to park in Mahón and Ciutadella, while a higher car is more comfortable on the tracks to the north coast. Petrol stations are concentrated around the main towns, so it pays to fill up before a long day out. Ask us and we will tell you what suits your plans.
Enter your dates and times in the search box at the top of this page and you will see every available group with its price. Booking takes a couple of minutes and you can pay by card now or in cash on arrival.
If you would rather talk to a person, call us: we are a local company and someone from the team will pick up.
